Every goal you could have will need a foundation of adequate muscle tissue to be successful. 

What I do is begin to clear up stuckness around the muscle you currently have, get it moving in it's full range of motion, help you build more and then teach you how to use your muscles properly during movement so that everyday life feels easy!

Muscle is the foundation of your METABOLISM.  
Your METABOLISM is what determines how much muscle and fat you carry on your body.

The more muscle, the better your METABOLISM, the better your body composition.

Whether you want to simply lose fat, gain strength, play with your kids with ease, move with ease period, simply look good or be able to lift and carry things better...you will need more MUSCLE!
"but I work construction, I have enough muscle"...  If you work construction and are coming to see me for weight loss, mobility or anything else, you DO NOT have enough muscle. And likely, what you do have isn't being used properly.

Habits in our older years allow us to be a bit lazy with proper muscle use.  Learning how to use the major muscle groups better will help our bodies metabolism!
