90 Day guided energy in transformation
What does that actually mean?
Our thoughts about eating are horrible these days.
Eating is supposed to be energy for our bodies to move.
Years ago, I had ZERO clue as to how many calories I was eating.
You see, it's not necessarily horrible to eat things that some deem unhealthy. A donut by itself will not kill you.
Our bodies, are WONDERFULLY made to heal and grow.
But, without the act of writing things down and seeing those numbers with my own eyes, I had no idea.
I'll let you in on a secret. During a crisis in my life, I started turning to food again. While I knew I shouldn't sit on the couch eating cheap cookies, ice cream and pizza...I did. It wasn't the fact that I ate those things. It was the fact that my mind kept convincing me it was ok.
You can work it off. I would be the perfect consumer Sunday through Friday afternoon. The only reason I was eating well on Sunday was because I actually had a food hangover and boy, is it hard to admit that to yourself.
So, in order to truly kick this habit during the crisis in my life, I had to get real.
I told myself I could eat what I wanted but it had to be logged!
So I did. When I realized that from Friday night to Saturday night at bedtime I was eating over 10,000 calories, I decided it's time to make changes.
Sometimes we don't care that we're gaining weight but I knew the consequences of the rest of my body.
First step was to find healthier replacements. I chose Halo Ice Cream. It was more popular back then but boy did it fit the bill!
It's actually got a decent macro! Not only protein, but it has probiotics!
Next, I chose to start buying pita bread and I would toast it and then sprinkle garlic salt and butter on it with mozzerella cheese. WOW! Did it feel cleaner! It also fit the bill perfectly for my cravings!
It wasn't long before I was able to control the quantity.
You see, the real problem was that I was physically munching away my emotions about a huge change in life that I had no control over.
This journey has been the coolest one for me because I've learned so much about myself!
I'm here to help you in any way I can!
