When you have some FUN while training/working out, the body functions so much better altogether. Laughter really is the best medicine.

philosophy # 2 - cardiovascular endurance
Heart and Lungs
There is truly more to a healthy heart and lungs than we realize. Most all other training aspects are smoother if the heart and lungs are a main priority.
It's imperative to know how to breathe well. Breathing and training go hand in hand.
Having a strong heart allows the other organs of the body to function better.
The basis of training with me will be to have a focus on strengthening the lungs and breath capability and in turn that helps the heart grow stronger and pump blood more efficiently.
In the process, we work on endurance of movement. Whether that be in functional training and/or walking or jogging or running.
You may start with five minutes of movement at a time or 50 minutes. It depends on where you are when you walk through my door or sign on to our virtual session.
