Four weeks to become more fit and functional with your body.

This is a 30 day program for those who have slight difficulty moving around but do move about their day. 

All exercises are provided on a calendar inside an app with videos to watch for form.

You do have access to me through messaging inside this app 24/7 and I will respond within 24 hours.

All exercises in this program are modified.  Example: pushup on knees or wall. 

It's perfect for getting yourself moving again with a desire to move on to full range of motion exercises.  

It does include sit stand squat exercises, pushups in a modified way, stretches, being on hands and knees and on the floor.

This program works the body firm but gentle and you will come out feeling stronger and ready to advance!

This program does not include a one on one session virtually or in person.
