People with achy knees, hips, and shoulders who are ready to commit to 10-20 minutes a day of controlled movements. Middle aged men and women who often say "I'm getting old" when they stand up or sit down.
People who's knees talk to them while sitting, walking or standing. People who want to avoid knee surgery if at all possible!
People who know they should move more but just "don't know what to do" or maybe not wanting to "workout" and just need moves to be mobile.

What will you get:
- 60 day Mobility on the Move program establishing lifetime habits for healthy joints.
- Four (4) 30 minute Live Zoom sessions per month that may or may not be grouped with others who are at the same level. These sessions are for instruction and questions!
- Questions can also be asked 24/7 by email or message.
- You will have access to my Trainerize App.
- Daily movement of 10-20 minutes.
- Weekly accountability check-ins.
- Video feedback on your submitted videos to me for form.
