philosophy # 4 - mobility/flexibility
There are 4 major joints in the body we will work with as we move toward your goals.
1. Shoulders
2. Hips
3. Knees
4. Ankles
Misalignment in one joint area affects the others, so during your normal training activities we focus on the greatest range of motion you can safely achieve for each joint area aiming to keep it mobile and strong.
This includes learning about muscle and tissue fascia that can get tight and stuck and cause the same problems that muscles can when chronic issues are present.
With proper dynamic stretching and releasing of trigger points, you can keep your joints very mobile and flexible.
Your breath also plays a huge role in how your muscle and fascia respond to movement and training.
