By now, you've read "WHAT I DO" and if what I do is what you're wanting then keep reading to know what I offer.
I will always take clients through mobility work to make sure the major joints have the strength and mobility to accomplish what you're wanting to achieve.
This means something different for each person. You may NOT be able to get on the floor and if not we then, work with that.

If you'd like to grab a session with me so we can together go over your current mobility then CLICK HERE to schedule a session with me. This session can be virtual or in person!
Once we both feel good about your major joint movement (which will be different for each person) we then move to training you for your goal.
We will start out with 30 - 60 days of training once or twice a week with homework each day.
After your 30 - 60 days we will decide what you're next step should be.
That may be to continue training or it may be to work at home with the homework I've given you and a check up once a month.
